Crown is the son of Diamond and Tiara, and the prince of Yoyle Kingdom. (becomes Yoyle City in the future lol) As many Royal Parents would, they tried getting Crown with "attractive" girls like Mirror. But Crown has already fallen in love with the gardener Chia Pet. 

Arrow is in the forest while this happens with their roommate Boline, who does black magic. Boline hears that Chia Pet and Crown are in love so she tells Arrow about this and they help Crown and Chia Pet with potions and such!

Arrow is just a bit jealous though..
