エクアドルでは、ギャングのリーダーが脱獄したことを受け、ノボア大統領が8日に60日間の非常事態宣言を出したばかりでした。宣言が出されて以降、複数の都市で合わせて7人の警察官が誘拐されたほか、爆発も相次いでいるということです。
