Dearest Reader,
As the last petal blooms into spring, so too do feelings become abundantly clear. Although we are aggrieved at the news of the Crown Prince's passing, we must also rejoice in the news that the royal line is not dead. Far from it, in fact- but it is of concern for this writer and the rest of the ton when the new Crown Prince, His Royal Highness, Ominis Gaunt appears to be poorly educated in his duties.
Treason- you are likely to shout.
And traitor, you might call me- but I believe I speak for the entirety of the ton and the kingdom when I ask-what is the state of the crown's future when the silence of the king is heard and the young Prince himself is off gallivanting with friends?
Friends, I caution you, that remain utterly and most likely eternal members of the prince's Gentlemen's Club.
A fine group, they call themselves.
Utter hogwash, this author calls them.
Gentlemen, they are not. Rakes, cads, scoundrels, cowards, and forever bachelors is what this author says.
Ever Yours,
Lady T

Nixon is the 3rd book in the Broken Series. (Ryan is the 1st, Brynn is the 2nd)
Nixon leaves rehab early because he can't deal with being there anymore. His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes.
