'Screech!
The bus abruptly halted, taking Taehyun by surprise and disrupting his thoughts. His gaze remained fixed outside, anticipating the bus's resumption, but in the next moment, he sensed a person boarding. A figure moved toward the back, the same area where he occupied a seat.
'Please, not next to me, not here-'
Despite the vacant bus, the person settled right beside him. Taehyun resisted the impulse to roll his eyes. The entire bus, including the back seats, stood unoccupied. Why, out of all the available spaces, would someone choose the seat right beside him?
As the bus resumed its course, Taehyun maintained his stare outside, only to be startled by a familiar deep voice beside him.
"Why do you look like you're about to bite someone's head off?"
Taehyun shifts his gaze to the owner of the voice. Even under the dim glow of the sun, he could make out the stupidly arrogant smirk on the other's face, eyes shining impishly. Taehyun wanted to smack that face with his heavy books. He glared at the other.
"I don't remember asking for a demon to come sit next to me every morning." '
Taehyun liked to live a simple life. And a peaceful one, at that.
Beomgyu is like a persistent loud mosquito that never leaves you.
Yet, Taehyun keeps the urge to punch the latter under control. Once they're given a philosophy group project to do, some things don't seem like they are the way they seem to be. Or Taehyun could just live in denial.
