But when they returned home, they found their entire family brutally murdered. Fortunately, their younger sister Nezuko survived, though she had been turned into a demon. With their family gone and Nezuko now a demon, Hana and Tanjiro embarked on a journey hoping to find a cure for Nezuko. Hana vowed to herself that no matter what, she would protect her siblings.
