Amidst the chaos of this new world, Lance finds that a mysterious drug is turning men into monsters. With his life at risk, and no escape from the city in sight, Lance must fight for survival, all while learning to live with his new 'family'.
But Lance has a darkness inside him. Something he has hidden since that night at the orphanage. And when it bubbles to the surface, he worries about what he will become.
