A woman; named Alexia, moved to a quiet trailer park to try and put her past behind her. 

But quickly learned her new home has a horrible secret. They must kill someone and burn them to allow there to be a good harvest, and the freshest of water running through them. 

Alexia takes notice of a home that's been taped off. Upon entering the floor of the trailer is covered in blood. 

Nobody will tell her what is going on. All she knew is they do something every year for a being called Aria.
