The Lover and The Death

Aompayotl, a young Aztec girl, will embark on a life or death adventure after going to search for the god of death, Mortum, to find a cure since her father fell ill with Smallpox. In the company of the god, she will travel between both worlds looking for a way to reestablish the balance of life and death when Charum, a powerful demon, wants to conquer the land of the dead. To achieve this, they must face the other ancient gods, the conquerors and the demon Charum, who with the help of Lucifer himself, will put different obstacles in their way.
