This story takes place during Shizuo and Izaya's high-school years. The story takes place during their first anniversary together, which is April 13th (Shizaya Day). They fight, bicker, and can't be "romantic" for one night. Shizu-chan, however, still wants to show his affection towards Izaya. He spends the day trying to express his affection to the flea. Izaya, however, is the same stubborn flea as always. Somehow, they express their unspoken love in ways that make sense to them.
