What if the fight in the bathroom sixth year had gone differently- in fact, what if it didn't happen? What if Malfoy didn't throw the first spell, what if none were cast? This one-shot follows the infamous "Sectumsempra" scene/chapter and my rewrite of it: It does not happen.
Here, it's a mix of what happens in the book and the movie.

What if at the instant Voldemort was killed, he cursed Harry Potter for eternity? Harry Potter is cursed to live a life time full of nothing but pain. The curse he was struck with was one no one had seen before and so now is stuck with it for the rest of his life. The curse puts the poor man in excruciating pain for one hour randomly every day. Harry decides to prank Draco after a game of Quidditch. Desiring for Draco to go mad, he waits for him in an empty classroom. However, as soon as he realizes Draco wants to vent his anger in different way, he appears to be rather withdrawn and insecure - despite the fact he highly likes it. Does this mean Draco has more guts than Harry, after all? They decide to create a distance between them. After not seeing each other for months, they meet by utter chance. They are tensed, confused, and ready for a fall now school starts again. How will they manage, now shadows are trailing behind them? Draco, obnoxious and knocked with daddy issues. Harry, now insecure and put on edge - knowing he's the chosen one. EDIT: The first few chapters were written when I was around the age of 13. My English has developed over time. At the start of Hogwarts' seventh year, they were supposed to have their start of the school year annual Quidditch Match, which would consist of the four different houses competing against one another, but never took place because of Lord Voldemort interrupting their school year, deciding to come for a young Harry Potter. A few weeks after the battle was won, Draco, Theo and Blaise were in Hogsmeade, when they bumped into Harry and Ron. Insults were thrown by a certain ginger haired boy, not letting Harry get a word in, feeling superior than the 3 Slytherins. Ron had acted on impulse and bet his fiery red-headed sister and a certain curly brown haired girl away.
