Only I Can Hear You

At the age of three, Tessa started hearing the forest. She would hear the leaves of the trees call her name, and she would call back. Her parents thought it was a phase, but when she turned twelve and still hadn't grown out of talking to the forest behind their house, she was sent to a psychologist. Her parents soon grew afraid of her as the trees began growing through the window of her bedroom. Maybe there is something more to Tessa than they anticipated.
