The three, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei ran this idea of getting that money for each of them. Unfortunately, their target seemed to be the type of someone who'd never spend money outside from the written plans. Yeah, since the money isn't fully his either...
But who cares? This trio deserved that fine amount of money. They're just getting what is theirs!
They do these attempts once in a year, every Eid Al-Fitr.
