Mind you this is half a crack fic, half an actual serious book. Not to mention there will be no direct ships except for 
- AleRudy (Alejandro x Rudy)
- AleVal (Alejandro x Valeria) (But only seen as EX's)
- Laswell and her wife:3 (OBVIOUSLY)
All other "ships" will either be just slightly hinted such as 
-GazSoap (Gaz x Soap)

- Makgrave (Makaarov x Grave) (Mostly js the crack bits)
etc. etc.

This book is not made to be completely taken seriously, seeing as I have only ever watched the campaigns, and only know such little about the army and how they truly act like. Not to mention how I will only be doing research on their surroundings such as the barracks, where they are what they use wat the battlefield is like etc. etc.
ABSOLUTELY NO HATE TO PEOPLE WHO WRITE THE "stereotypical" COD characters for just a silly crackfic, this is just me having fun writing my C.ai into a story. There are also wayyyyy too many characters so I'm just writing those I remember from memory.All Rights Reserved

Simon (Ghost) Riley x Fem!reader ----- (y/n) was a rookie rising to the top quickly setting her rank and showing her skills through combat and leading. Joining at just 17 years old, (y/n) no longer wanted to deal with her life, nothing to go back to, just an excuse for a home that doesn't even care for her, she joined the army. After being in the army for 6 years, (y/n) has built a reputation being known as the "demon", "D" for short, due to her reputation of torturing and killing her enemies, she was recruited by Captain Price in their last mission with the Urzikstan Liberation Force, noticing her skills. After a last minute call by Laswell to join her most recent mission with Prices men called "Task Force 141" you are met with the man known as Ghost, will things sour or will trust be maintained, read to find out ~ ----- Note: This is my first book in general, so please bare with me, I will be going based on MW of 2019 & MW 2 of 2022, with adding a few snippets of (y/n) to add more to the story. The fanfic takes place two years after the Modern Warfare III campaign. Follow our heroine, Sariah "Castiel" Samuels, as she finds her place in a foreign country and within her team. With all the crazy in the world, and with hope slowly dying, Castiel must rise up with her fellow task force members to defeat the world's greatest threat, Vladimir Makarov. Along the way, she befriends Gaz and Price, and slowly becomes part of the 141 family. Ghost, on the other hand, is not initially pleased with Castiel's arrival. No one can replace Soap, and he is almost offended that this smalltown, stubborn, American southern ex-pilot thinks she can ever try to replace him. However, perhaps there is more to her than meets the eye. Maybe she can finally teach Ghost to trust and care again and heal from past wounds. Trigger Warnings: graphic depictions of blood and violence, acts of terrorism, smoking, alcohol, self-harm and suicide, military inaccuracies, medical inaccuracies adult content, adult jokes, major character deaths, mentions of homophobia, religious themes, religious trauma, and lots of swearing. This story is thanks to my best friend who suggested we do a COD roleplay after the two of us were fed up with character chat bots being stupid. The story follows the events that took place in the roleplay with most of what you're about to read being the messages directly copied and pasted into this book (minus some format and grammatical changes, more cohesive character interaction, and additional scenes). In other words, I cannot take full credit, as the plot and the more interesting story and narrative elements were created by her :3

[I've kind of mashed the canon from them. essentially it sources the comics for the past, references the original modern warfare lineup for Roach and then the last segment lines up with the events of the newer MW2, this was to kind of create my own timeline for the remake. hope that helps!] Ghost had killed off his life outside the military many years ago, as a result scars from past trauma had never fully healed due to years of neglect and ignorance in the hopes they'd go away on their own. When being forced to face those scars over Christmas he quickly realised he couldn't do it without Johnny 'soap' Mactavish, a Sergeant he was loosely acquainted with. In doing so he's forced to go against his self-hatred, his longing for affection and the loss of a teammate near to him.
