Phoebe is a normal teenage girl wanting to spend her summer with all of her friends but most importantly her boyfriend. But instead her step-mom and dad are going on a business trip to New York and she isn't able to go. So she has to go on tour with her older brother Cameron. Cameron is very over protective of her like every older brother should be. Once they get on tour she realizes that she might have a crush on Cameron's best friend Nash's little brother Hayes. But she can't because she has a boyfriend back home.
