Since the 1st of January, the world is in shambles. Almost all life has been eradicated by nuclear bombs and radiation, except for a few individuals that survived the war in bunkers. Two of these people are the former Lieutenant Simon „Ghost" Riley and a young medical student, who end up in the same bunker near Manchester, together with a large group of other evacuated civilians. When this safe space's order collapses and a desperate fight for survival breaks out, the two of them meet by coincidence and form an alliance. Maybe together, they can survive the end of the world.
Redemption
Stranded on a snowy mountain road and at risk of freezing to death, Ghost is rescued by an unexpected and unlikely, good Samaritan. Trapped with a stranger, in a snowstorm, with no contact with the outside world, Ghost realises he must overcome his fear of vulnerability and deep rooted stubbornness, and accept help. He never would have imagined that backing down and swallowing his pride, could open so many doors. This storyline originated from Ghost and Roach being left for dead after being betrayed. Once found out, the mutants turn to their real form. They become beasts of legend. Serpants that dwell deep in the sea. Lizards that grow in size and take flight to the skies. Hounds that double or triple in size and spew the elements. And many more shapes, colors, and sizes. Once transformed the heart is shown involuntarily, simply dangling around the neck like a pendant. For relief, Sinclair took all the free government medications, keeping himself high but responsible at his government chemistry work. En-route now to Lightlake air base. He intended to derail his life once and for all. But first he'd do his part, he would render the master chemtrail formula into a harmless state. That should last at least a year, if not longer, if it went undetected. It was the noble thing to do he thought, considering the enormous ever-growing state body count. We join Sinclair now on the military passenger jet as he finds himself once again witnessing a murder. His closest colleague's murder. Will Quinn be a fearless raider killer or will he become the most horrible human being on the planet?
