Aixinjueluo Yishen, the 21st son of Emperor Kangxi (the preface is the twelfth son of the emperor), was born in the 24th year of Kangxi. His mother was appointed concubine Wanliuha, and he was later raised by Aunt Sumala.

In the second year of Yongzheng's reign, he was demoted to Gushan Beizi from the position of Duke Duoluo. Later he was deprived of the title of Viscount Bei and was awarded the title of Duke of Enzhen. He died in July of the 28th year of Qianlong's reign. His posthumous title was "Yi", and his descendants were Yongxuan, the fourth son of Qianlong.

He had been cautious, low-key and transparent all his life, but in the end, neither he nor his son had a happy ending.
