Ash has been the monarch for the past 13 years and despite being busy almost 24/7, there is one person who hasn't left his mind for the past 13 years. That person being a boy that lastly has joined Ash on his Pokémon journey, Goh. No matter how busy Ash may be, Goh is constantly on his mind. Every day since Ash has parted his ways with Goh, he feels guilty for never reaching out. Being this famous, there is almost no time to have a break. It wasn't until Ash had gotten an emergency call from the Cerise laboratory saying that they need Ash right away. Little does Ash know for the first time in 13 years, he finally has a chance to finally see his old friend.

After returning home from his win in Alola, he went to Prof. Oak to get his carrier limit removed, it went through successfully. And everything that happened while Ash is a live-in research fellow is cannon!!! This picks up after they both got one step closer to their goals, Goh is an official member of Project mew, and Ash lost to Leon, (this is my personal opinion). Now on with the story, Ash is 19 and stands at 6'4" while Goh is 18 and stands at 5'11" (Goh is Mexican in this book, so expect some Spanish, Ash does understand Spanish, but doesn't speak it) when this takes place, I'm also shipping SatoGou in this book if you don't like it then don't read it...
