Skibidi toilet hard reset is basically just be skibidi toielt the same characters same factions etc, with only one difference.

Its all restarted from scratch entierly new events with the same characters from the original series (and maybe from other ones) following a different storyline, basically an entire what if book of the original series that is all connected.
