Celeste Butterfly is the younger twin sister of Star Butterfly. But the two couldn't be more opposite of each other. Whereas Star is very friendly, free-spirited and energetic, Celeste is reserved, distant and solemn.

After Star was sent to Earth because of her destructive behavior, Celeste follows her in hopes of keeping an eye on her and helping her in training to be a queen. But things don't exactly go according to her plans when she discovers that Star plus magic equals even more chaos than usual. It's made even more chaotic and out of hand when a certain underworld prince keeps popping up unexpectedly.

With each unexpected encounter, Celeste finds herself in a whirlwind of uncertainty, forcing her to confront her own internal pandemonium.
