When the niece of a disavowed paramilitary operative Ricardo Torres  is killed at an Arknights convention he beings an unofficial investigation to the events surrounding the events from "Visitors from Terra". Uncovering the conspiracy leads him on the dangerous trail of the remains of Project Twilight and a sinister plan that threatens Terra. Aided by knowing the tools of the trade, and by a mysterious woman from another dimension, He sets out for a mission of revenge only to be a hope for world he may not live to see.
