Amelia Ross didn't ask to be a half blood. In fact, she could care less about her godly parentage. She's not like other demigods in Cabin Eleven who seek for recognition from their parents.

To be honest with herself, Amelia prefers to remain unclaimed. No pressure was upon you due to who your parent was.

And if she were to be nice, she'd give the newest campers her condolences the moment they were claimed. However, she wasn't nice. And so her unwelcoming presence has deterred every potential One (as certain annoying blonde claimed them) until certain Lord of the Toilets didn't seem to get the memo that she could not care less about his struggles
