It is often said that bartenders are known for holding the secrets of many of their patrons, but the same holds true for baristas. The café "Bean Buddy" was normally not very busy at all, as it was far out in a small desert town. The only customers the staff would see would be a few folk from around town, save for the rare passerby, most likely stopping in before continuing their trip elsewhere.  [Y/n], the resident barista, knew just about everyone who came in. Such a small town meant it was impossible not to. She even knew what everyone would order, often times having their drinks ready before they even got through the door. Knowing these things was her pride and joy. Knowing everyone was her specialty. So when someone she didn't know soon became a regular, her little café job got all the more exciting.  Little would she know, this little slice of excitement would become the most dangerous thing to ever happen to her.
