The Summer I Met Him

KC grew up in the province of Davao del Norte. Despite being the glass child and daughter in the family, siya rin ang breadwinner sa pamilya. She excel academically from elementary school, but struggled to express herself to anyone, kahit sa pamilya niya.

As she entered senior high school, her family decided to go to Palawan for a fun and memorable summer. However, all she do every summer is to study dahil hindi niya alam kung paano maging masaya. She was pressured by the people around her. All she thinks, she need to be great at everything.

Along the way, she met a lot of people who changed her perspectivein life. She realized that this summer was different from the ones she had experienced before. Hindi niya alam na sa Palawan niya lang pala mararanasang ang isang carefree summer. Where she really got a chance to be truly happy and feel connected to the people, nature and world.
