THIS IS AN AU. Hardly anything will be different, the only thing I am changing is the Dark Urge storyline and pacing. Most everything else will remain canon. Also will completely change certain scenarios our gang gets themselves into to be more severe/dramatic. Specifically involving Tav or Astarion.

After crash landing the nautoloid ship, Niamh (Tav/Dark Urge) builds alliances with unlikely people she finds along the way. A certain vampire spawn in the group is very obviously trying to seduce her, but she can see through the lies. What happens when their adventures force them to break down each other's walls and trust each other. Will a deep bond between the two form? Or was it doomed from the start?

Astarion/Tav romance with lots of angst and hurt/comfort true to their characters. expect this to angsty, tragic, and traumatic. Niamh is pronounced Neeve.All Rights Reserved

Jayden asks as he rubs his fingers through his sharp blade. I say nothing and shrugged. They look at me and their anger increased. "Answer me. Why were you talking to Ava?" He repeats. "Don't know. Don't care." I say carelessly. What was wrong with me? They could literally take me out in a heartbeat, and no one would ever know. Jayden balls up his fists and makes a punching gesture. "You won't answer me? Fine. You're dead meat now, brother." He says and smiles as he runs toward me. I didn't have time to think and just ran really fast to home. Please let this nightmare be over with! I didn't have time to run home and they eventually caught up to me. They cornered me and Jayden slashes his blade on my cheek. I screamed in pain. I was already dumb enough to try to talk back to Twisters and was now dumb-founded to be cornered by them. "Stop!..." I finally muttered. They laughed and Jayden held me up by my shirt. As the Ash Settles, is my take on what happens to the group of companions after saving Baldur's Gate. As the ash settles and the drinks are pouring a familiar sensation washes over our Tav, the very same one that compelled her to attack poor Alfira in her slumber, perhaps defeating her sister was not just denying her father but in fact taking back her rightful spot as leader of the Bhaalspawn, perhaps Withers was indeed wrong. Questions left unanswered while still having to find a special artifact for Astarion to walk and in the sun and still beating heart to fear Karlach. Rated M for Mature.
