In Arbore, vigilantism is illegal unless you're a part of the Hero's Society. Aspen, hates the H.S more than he hates being sung happy birthday too. so instead of joining the society, he operates as a neutral between heroes and villains, hating both groups equally. after defeating a mid tier villain he's stopped by the most well known hero in the city, Clairvoyance, and evading capture was harder than anticipated.
