William Erza is a scientist who came from another dimension that travels to different planets in different galaxies with his AI companion named Jeff, his mission is to maintain planets with different ecosystems and sometimes he has to interfere directly like in "Crovacha" he interferes with the order of life on planets to make sure that the ecosystem doesn't get destroyed and go haywire without him. he has a bunch of different planets to keep track off and he is making sure that the planet wont go down in flames.
