The pain has always been there since I can remember. From the first time I got picked on by the people I love till now when sometimes I feel like I'm not enough, the pain doesn't feel less and so there has always been a struggle just to be enough, not just for myself but for everyone else-to live up to their expectations. 

And with the urge to live up to everyone 's expectations came the pain. I struggled deep to come out of that boat but while I was still in that boat, I tried to find an escape. Music, writing and smiling was my escapism. 

These poems were written most time during my darkest times and I'm out of that boat now. These poems were my therapy and I hope they mean so much to you like they mean to me. Thank you.All Rights Reserved

I started writing poems because I had to get my emotions out in some other way and poems helped because I got a deeper meaning from them and had to put lessons I learned the hard way in my writings. I feel as if these were meant for those who could under stand my pain and anger at those who did me wrong. I don't care what you think about my writing because it's part of me and this is how i'm choosing to show you who I am. I was bullied. I did have my heart broken. I have came back stronger. My life has changed and so have I. I'm ready to take that stand.
