The Overlord Phoenix Flare was going around his usual delivery until suddenly crashing by accident against a building, which just so happens to be the V Tower, with Vox being trapped in the crossfire. After helping him out and fleeing the crime scene, Vox would swear in finding out the responsible of this, marking the beginning of their many interactions together.
