The attack on the palace of Gorteau has concluded. Many lie dead, and the ashes have barely settled. Among the dead are the Chimera Ant King and Chairman Netero. Though tempers are still hot, hearts still broken, and tears are still falling, there is no time for rest, no time to recover for those who remain alive. Neferpitou, joined by Cheetu and Komugi, and armed with a new ability given to her by a dear friend, must embark on a journey to reverse the tragedy she and her people faced, to mend the festering wounds that the Hunters have inflicted. This is a request from a viewer of my other story, I don't know if they want to be shouted out or not. Kite died and Gon was desperate for revenge. He turned to the only people he knew could actually help him kill the Chimera Ants. He couldn't think of any other way to leave Killua behind so he shut off his emotions, like he'd seen Killua do before killing an enemy. This is probably not fully compliant to canon information, but it was requested and sounded really interesting to write so I hope that you enjoy it. Please note that I have not finished hxh so I might get some information wrong, and I'm not fully sure how nen works so... I'm sorry. Please leave criticism in the comments. Killua swore that he will never leave gons side ever again but, over days he feels a weird obsession growing inside of him. Those obsession turns possessive and manipulative. While gon doesn't know anything of this but he can tell the changing attitudes of killua when he is around him. Gon faced many obstacles. He slowly loses all his loved ones.
