Set in modern day japan, Follows the story of 16 year old Fumeiyo (不名誉) / Teru (照).
While I'm not Japanese and haven't had the opportunity to visit Japan yet, I want to understand its culture as I write my story. I apologize in advance if I inadvertently misrepresent any aspect of Japanese culture. My affection for Japan motivates me to set the story there, I do watch anime so I hope I can get some aspects right :)

You may still like this even if you don't like fantasy. It's more like a normalization of angelic humans. There's plenty of gay adorableness and cuddles. Based in a world in which everyone is an angel and must earn an ability not inherited through family. It seems random but it's not in the slightest. Each matches ones personality. Finding this trait also gets you your wings, which is what every young cherub strives to earn. It's a crazy world where anything can happen. Encluding a rather odd pair. Pepper is a 15 year old wingless. The last one in his whole grade. Everyone picks on him and hates him for it, but he especially hates himself for it. He lives with his dad that does nothing but abuse him, and he has the biggest identity crisis you'll ever see. Then he meets the gyrokenetic boy Robin. Being able to tamper with gravity, will he keep Pepper on the ground or will he float away. *WARNING* This is a boyxboy and if you aren't cool with that just don't read it.
