After the final acts of the final problem, the former detective and former lord of crime was rescued and ended up in America. The identity of William James Moriarty is dead with the lord of crime, so he... or rather, she started her new life with a completely different identity which she gave up after the Moriarty's house fire, her real identity, Lilliana.

3 years later, Lilliana and Sherlock got married and had been apart for 3 months. They were headed back to London for a mission and to meet their family. In the dinner, Lilliana had an announcement.
