Megatron and Hyperia are a happily married couple. They just moved from a town in Vermont to Forth Texas. Megatron was working with an enemy turned friend on a business idea and it took off. Hyperia works as an sales and info rep from home for an online shopping service. Soon they welcome five children into the world. The first child they have is a girl named Slipstream, then they have a son named Thundercracker, a daughter named Novastorm, a son named Skywarp and another son who is the youngest named Starscream. They are family of seven. They love their five children very much. Their kids love them and each other. Megatron brings in a lot of money from his big company. He is setting aside money for all of his children's futures, money for emergencies, money for needs, money for work, money for wants, and money for vacations. Both him and his partner became millionaires. Megatron always finds time for his kids. Hyperia stopped working and takes care of the home and kids. They all love their lives in Fort Worth. However soon Starscream starts to feel unwell. He has a persistent headache, he has nausea with vomiting, he is tired, and he is cranky. His worried parents take him to Cook children's hospital while a baby sitter stays with the other kids. In the ER of Cook Children's the doctor sends Starscream to get some tests done. Then Starscream is diagnosed with Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor or ATRT a type of brain tumor that is brain cancer. Starscream is brave and ready to fight his cancer head on. His siblings find out about his diagnosis and don't know what to say or think. They are feeling many different things. Starscream's friends are worried and stand by him. At the hospital Starscream makes friends with a girl his age with the same type of cancer. They decide to fight their cancer together and become the best of friends too.
