NCIS: Boss's Daughter

A few months after Leroy and Shannon got married, they welcomed their first born, Roselyn 'Rose/Rosie' Gibbs. Less than a year later into Leroy and Shannon's marriage Rose became a big sister to Kelly. Rose and Kelly were Irish Twins but acted more like twin sisters than normal sisters. Eight years later, while angry with her father that he was deployed again missing both hers and Kelly's birthdays, Rose is visiting her paternal grandfather in Stillwater, and wakes up to a dream nightmare of her mother and sister's deaths. While Leroy is grateful he didn't lose Rose too, as an nearly nine year old girl, Rose blamed her father for not being there when her mother and sister needed him. She chose to be raised by her grandfather for the remainder of her time growing up. Graduating super early, Rose decided to follow her father's footsteps into law enforcement. She wound up at Navy Criminal Investigative Service after it changed over from NIS and as a joke, she wound up on her father's team. That was when their father-daughter duo began to solve every case presented to them. After a few years of working with her father, Rose meets Timothy McGee and becomes very tempted to break rule #12 - Never Date A Coworker.

Boss's Daughter is the story of the breaking of that very rule - given permission by Gibbs of course. Gibbs wants nothing more than for his only remaining daughter to be happy and healthy. Even if that means breaking a few rules here and there.
