Dogday and Catnap are at odds with each other. Catnap, of course, worships the Prototype as his and the other toys' savior. Dogday, and the other critters, however, disagree with his beliefs. The cat punished them according.

Dogday in particular took the brunt of said punishment, as Catnap nearly manages to kill him.

Until something mysterious happens once Catnap uses his signature poppy gas.

He finds himself falling unconcious to the poppy gas himself, as Dogday wakes up in a new, yet familiar world.

**DISCLAIMER. Does not follow traditional lore or theories that make the involved characters "off-putting" for the situation. They're all of proper maturity for some good ol' hand holding, hugs, and kisses. Certain variables are subject to change. Don't be weird.** It was plain to see. Catnap knew that he didn't belong in this ragtag happy bunch of friends they call the "Smiling Critters." Though he considers them all great friends, most of them still seem to think of him as too "scary and creepy." His words are often too intricate and confusing for anyone to really understand what he's trying to say. His face is mostly too "smiley" and freaks everyone out whenever they catch him in their sight. But above all else, he's too hard to approach. No one really knows what he's thinking. He's too mysterious. They don't know the first thing about him and his true intentions. ...But he was never trying to be part of any of those things. He would love to call them all his friends if they would let him. And yet, none of them are willing to try. Except for one. There only existed one other of the group he could reliably call his "friend." One quiet night, Catnap sits beside his best companion, Dogday. The two talk for a while until the feline says "I hope that one day, I'll be like the rest of you." Not expecting much out of the other through this one moment of weakness, Catnap sits in silence. He feels as though he shouldn't have said anything, until... "Why don't I help you?" The dog suggests. With his attention suddenly grabbed, he looks to the canine. Could his dream really come true that easily?
