Having just busted out of a top security prison, Linterice finds himself in a camp belonging to the resistance. But this isn't just any resistance camp, it's the main camp. The place where everything happens. There he meets his destiny as a sorcerer. Ashnor, a powerful witch. The second most powerful witch alive.

Ashnor is a fireblaze. His twin sister runs the resistance as the most powerful witch alive with him as her second in command. All he wants is to go out into the field but his sister won't allow it. Why? He doesn't have a sorcerer. That all changes when Linterice shows up.

Serina and Dominac have a secret that they are preparing to reveal. They're engaged but before they can tell anyone, all four are thrown into mission after mission.

After Linterace and Ashnor bind themselves (after his sister suprisingly agrees), Ashnor and Linterice spiral into a series of chaotic events surrounding more than the empire that they fight to free people from. Something to do with an old family rival. as emotions run high can the two figure things out before it's too late? Or will something happen to pull the two apart further?
