Harley-Jane, a teenage girl with a heart condition, finds herself trapped in an underground military facility along with other girls, enduring torture and experimentation. The leader is named Mr. White
Her biggest concern is her younger sister, whom she has cared for her entire life. As Harley approaches her 18th birthday, she faces the inevitable separation from her 5 year old sister as she is to be moved to a different section of the facility. Amidst the bleakness, her bond with her sister and her friendship and feelings for Oakley, another girl, offer glimmers of hope, care, love and resilience. But looming figures like Mr. White threaten their fragile existence, leaving Harley to navigate a dangerous world where survival and protecting her loved ones become her ultimate goals.
