When Laurel's coven is under threat of attack she is volunteered to get aid. The only beings with the abilities to keep them safe happen to be the Merfolk. A race known to keep to themselves. Thankfully there's an outcast near them and if they can convince her, they'd be in the clear.
Unfortunately the mermaid was outcast for her cruelty and viciousness. And Laurel won't return to her coven empty handed. She's getting the mermaid's aid. No matter what.
