In those cracks, freakshows still exist, grimy and makeshift, a rotating cast of human oddities performing for drunks, perverts, and the morbidly curious. These aren't just humans with deformities; they're something else. Twisted bodies warped by supernatural afflictions - extra limbs that claw at the air like starving dogs, flesh that bubbles and reforms, teeth growing where no teeth should be. After each show, the performers vanish from public eye. They retreat to The Outskirts Sanctuary, a half-ruined, bloodstained compound just outside the city's border, where the real carnage begins.
