A long time ago, the theory of Super Semblances was proposed. It never gained much traction, due to many factors. Ozpin knew the concept of a Super Semblance couldn't be true. A Semblance was just that, an imitation of the magic of yore. Accepting a Super Semblance, was like admitting that the part is greater than the whole. An error of gargantuan proportions.

However, when he arrived at his destination, he was shocked to find that the city was overrun by zombies. Jaune remained in the Dreamscape until he woke up in reality. He realized that every time he grew stronger in his dream, he also became stronger in the real world.
