Outbreak (MLP Infection AU)

In the bustling and vibrant town of Ponyville, Pinkie Pie is struck down by a sinister infection with unknown origins. The once lively pony is confined to her bed, her body covered in black veins and spots and her once bright eyes clouded with pain and constipation. As the infection spreads rapidly throughout Ponyville, panic grips the hearts of its residents, fearing for their own safety and the well-being of their cherished friend. The streets are chaos with many ponies being mauled and attacked everyday due to the infection cursing many with the inability to poop, driving them to madness. Twilight Sparkle, with the weight of responsibility heavy on her shoulders, races against time to find a cure before the infection claims even more lives, knowing that failure could mean the end of everything they hold dear.
