I joined the trio on their travels with my trusty stallion, Istal. Eragon and his dragon, Saphira, must take up the mantle of the legendary Dragon Riders. Joined by Brom, an old storyteller who isn't who he says he is, and myself, someone who has a lot of bad luck, all of us must navigate the dangerous terrain and dark enemies of an Empire ruled by a king whose evil knows no bounds.
