A girl named Emmeline Sommars, who possess the power of psychokinesis and her sister, Ella Sommars, who has a lethal touch hope to save their world which has been titled 'beyond repair' by the new government in power. Emmeline and Ella have been the greatest science experiments by their mother - Evie Sommars.

Evie had remade both her daughters' DNA so the The Reestablishment can achieve greater feats. The world was divided into six parts- North America, South America, Europe, Oceania and Africa and was being ruled by six psychotic supreme commanders who would murder their children.

The families of the supreme commanders were friends; and so were their children. However, when Emmeline had found her powers, things began to change drastically. Emmeline was tortured everyday by the ongoing tests- that were to help her harness and enhance her powers-on her body. Her sister-Ella-was also suspected of the same kind of powers due to their shared DNA. The discovery of Emmeline's powers lead to The Reestablishment hunting for more.
