In the wake of the destruction of a geological survey team based in the Atlantic, Marineville has been tasked to uncover the inexplicable destruction of the base. The survey team were tasked with sourcing minerals embedded within an Atlantic island that help to provide radioactive isotopes for the world's global security services. After completing routine investigations, a mysterious new island suddenly appears and appears to be almost identical to the previously destroyed island - this has become a major cause for concern for the World Aquanaut Security Patrol.

With Stingray dispatched to carry out further search, Captain Troy Tempest, Lieutenant Phones, and Marina act with discretion to uncover who is able to control land and sea together. Once aboard the reconstructed island, Troy Tempest and his colleagues uncover who is behind the sinister plot not only to ressurrect the obliterated island, but the means to an end that threatens the seven seas of the world. The island has been reconstructed to become a lethal war machine that will obliterate all that comes in its way. It is up to Stingray to save the world once again...

In the year 2065, the oceans of the world are patrolled under the World Aquanaut Security Patrol (W.A.S.P) based at Marineville, North America. Marineville houses a fleet of submarines, aircraft, and rockets that are helped to prevent global conflict across the world's oceans. The crew of Stingray also combine Lieutenant Phones and the mute mermaid Marina who patrol the oceans of the world uncovering new underwater discoveries. Based at Marineville, Commander Shore and his daughter Atlanta, together with Lieutenant Fisher, control W.A.S.P operations. The most antagonistic threat encountered by Stingray's crew has the evil undersea lord Titan. Together with his army of Aquaphibians, Titan has sworn vengeance on all land people. The conflict between Stingray and hostile underwater races is about to reach it's climax. In attempting to uncover the Aquaphibians after an attempted sabotage attempt on Marineville, Captain Troy Tempest and his colleagues provoke an undersea conflict that brings the world to a new level of undersea conflict from invaders closer to home than can be bargained for. With Marina recaptured once again, Troy Tempest as Titan's prisoner, and Marineville and Titan under attack, Stingray is about to embark on a thrilling and breathtaking adventure that will settle the score for the undersea conflict. This feature length epic is brought under Super Space Theatre. Based on the 1960s British television series by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson - the first British children's series to be made in colour!
