Sugar & Spice: remake (slow updates)

Not long out of college, Ava and her roommate/friend Robin find themselves in deep financial trouble; with Ava failing to get a job once again and not being able to afford the grandparent's house.
However, their luck appears to have changed as they are cleaning and tidying up the house. It is there that they began to learn a lot of things that weren't said before: specifically involving their Granny.
With this newfound information, the convincing from a friend and a desire for a new start, the two agreed to let the old house go and make a new life on what their Granny had left behind.
However, what they didn't expect was that a pastel-wearing stranger would manage to get into their little circle - just by simply charming Ava.
