More horror stories and rumors than one can count have made their way around about him overtime. No one dares to go against or challenge him. Media, politics, government officials, you name it, they work under him.

Harper is an American-Vietnamese mixed girl that is so sweet, hard-working, and could easily take one's breath away, just by a glance.
