The year is 1951, the Korean War has been raging for a year. Captain Ellie Marie Lennox wants nothing more than to be at the front where she can do the most good, but she's stuck in Tokyo. Finally her dreams come true when she's stationed as the new Assistant Head Nurse of the 4077th, one of the best M*A*S*H units in Korea. Little did she know that the crazy, oddball wonderful people that made up the unit would change her life forever.

AUTHORS NOTE: A note for any current or former readers of this work: While the end of this story has been written and published. After rewatching part of the show I found a few moments that I felt were very important to the character of Ellie Marie and the evolution of her story that needed to be added. I have written two new chapters. They will be indicated with asterisks for anyone who is further in the story and interested in going back and reading them.
