In the bustling halls of a small school in england, Mani Moriai, a bored Year Ten student, discovers an ancient book that seems to call out to her. With her friends Lacuna, Sage and Kamari by her side, Mani meets Cill Peparas, a transgender boy, and his friends Elio, Morana and Athana. They're all drawn to the mysterious book, which holds secrets from the heavens.

As they explore its pages, they uncover strange symbols and unearthly images, leading them on an adventure beyond their wildest dreams. Together, they must navigate blessed parts of earth and face the wrath of gods and goddesses, all while discovering their identity.

In "Gods-Play", the journey of Mani and Cill through the English school system becomes a thrilling tale of friendship, courage, and the wonders of the unknown.
