Dear Diary,

I'm being sent to boarding school - like actual boarding school with knee high socks and shared dormitories. The thought of it is making me nauseous. I have to stop this madness before I'm immersed in the life of blonde plastic over achievers who think Nirvana is a shade of nail polish. How can I convince my mom that I'm not suicidal after the death of my best friend? That's obviously the reason she's sending me to boarding school so she doesn't have to deal with my 'drama'. Maybe pretending to fit in will actually be the key to getting me out of this hell.
