My Freedom

Summer F. Garcia is a young woman who doesn't appear to know much about the outside world. Since she was studying at home, in her so-called "cage"-her house-she was not accustomed to social gatherings or crowded areas. Her greatest wish has always been to live like the other children. All she wanted was friends and a trip, but she didn't get her hopes up too high because she knew her parents' tight rules would prevent her from ever leaving the house. That didn't last long, though, because at her birthday celebration, which was hosted at their home, she ran into a boy. Could Summer learn more about the outer world from that boy?
