"It's a human. My life is ruined..." The year is 4001. The Tribes can finally live their lives as werewolves, undisturbed by humans. In theory. Humans are supposedly a big threat to Storm's Tribe, and she wants to know why. But Fa won't tell her. He says they are dangerous, and if they sight one on their territory, this human must be killed immediately. And what is the secret of Storm's Ma? Why won't Fa tell her anything about the dead woman? Nobody knows. The humans don't ever go to Isle of Lycanthrope. So why is it that on the most important day of Storm's life Rowan turns up? Why doesn't she kill him? Why does help him instead? What will happen when Fa finds out? The Code of the Moon clearly states that Storm should be executed after all the damage she has done. Surely her own father wouldn't kill her... Would he?

When a strange storm crashes through Adventure Bay, Skye begins to experience visions-haunting dreams of a mysterious kingdom, burning skies, and a prince who looks just like Chase. But when a glowing symbol appears beneath her collar, Skye realizes these aren't just dreams-they're memories from a life she never knew she had. As Skye unravels the truth, she discovers she's not just a pup with wings-she's the last descendant of the Midnight Line, a royal bloodline cursed to be forgotten and hidden from the world. The curse was meant to keep her safe... but now it's breaking. Meanwhile, Chase has been keeping secrets of his own. He's been waking up in strange places, hearing whispers in the wind... and every time he looks at Skye, his heart aches in a way he can't explain. Their connection is ancient. Their fate is bound by stars, shadows, and stolen time. But someone else knows the truth. Someone who wants the Midnight Line to die with Skye. And they'll stop at nothing to make sure she never finds her wings again. In a world where love is forbidden, magic is hidden, and destiny is written in moonlight... can Chase and Skye rewrite the stars?
